The Air Jordan 6 “White Infrared” returns 35 years after its debut, in an OG version that more closely resembles the original model than previous releases.
Released in 1991, the White Infrared was part of the first Jordan 6 series and is the shoe that Michael Jordan wore during home games in the 1990–91 season, which culminated in the first NBA championship of his career.
The original Nike Air logo on the heel—seen only on the original 1991 version—makes a comeback. The shape of the toe and upper has also been revised to more faithfully replicate the original. The rest is familiar: a white leather upper, black accents, and infrared inserts on the midsole, with a shade that closely matches that of the 1991 version.
