Returns
You can request a return at our store in Rome (free) or by courier. The refund is processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.
The refund takes place via the same payment method (2-5 working days) or by issuing a voucher to spend on the site (immediate).
Returns are always possible within 15 days of receiving the goods and for products that have not been used, washed and/or worn and to which neither the original tag nor the security tag applied has been removed.
Remember that the original shoe box is an integral part of the product, take care of it so as not to lose your right to a refund.
We also recommend that you keep the shipping box (if still intact) and reuse it to ship the package. If it is no longer usable, get a similar box.
