The SPZL Cardington vest is part of the adidas Spezial line curated by Gary Aspden. It is a padded vest with a regular fit, designed to be worn over sweatshirts, sweaters, or shirts as an extra layer on cooler days.

The outer fabric is an olive-green polyamide ripstop with a small amount of elastane, making it durable and slightly stretchy. The inner padding consists of three layers: polypropylene on both outer sides, while recycled polyester fills the middle layer and the lining. The vest features four pockets—two with zippers and two with snap buttons—and a zipper closure.
