The Hawaii is part of the adidas Spezial line curated by Gary Aspden, who for over ten years has been reviving and reinterpreting models from the Herzogenaurach archives.

It features a low-top silhouette with clean lines and the classic black outsole reminiscent of the Las Palmas, one of the few adidas archive shoes designed for tennis.
