This water-resistant waxed canvas jacket from Filson combines design elements typical of raincoats with the field functionality of vintage hunting jackets. It is made of exclusive Tin Cloth, the iconic waxed canvas that has been used for a century to protect against the elements in the rainy Pacific Northwest woods. The cape-like construction minimizes seams exposed to heavy rain. Originally designed to separate new and spent shotgun shells, the expandable front pockets work equally well for organizing essentials. The rear zippered pocket boasts a nylon lining for carrying game or bulky items. The top positioned handwarmer pockets and collar are lined with warm Mackinaw wool. Thanks to the inside zipper, selected Filson liners can be added.
